Electric cooker and hob, Belfast sink fridge with small freezer compartment, wood-burning stove, one three-seater sofa and one two-seather sofa, pouffe, television, video, and radio CD player. Dining room table and six chairs with radiator. French doors onto patio (see plan).

Bathroom - bath with over bath shower, hand basin, shaver point and WC.

Main bedroom 1 - 11ft 10in by 13ft 3in (3.66m by 4.05m). Double bed with 2 tables, clock radio and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 - 10ft by 9ft 9in (3.04m by 2.96m). Two single beds and central desk.

Attic - Small attic area over the bathroom with ladder access (which will be folded away, parents are responsible for their children's use of the ladder), which can be used as a children's play area or sleeping area.

Electric cooker and hob, microwave, oil-fired central heating (except farmhouse cottage which has electric night storage central heating). Bed linen (towels included). Wood burning stove. A selection of books and games. High chair cot and additional children's camp beds by arrangement. Off road car parking (one space per cottage) in car parking bays to the east of the farm yard.
