Kitchen base units in Cherry. Wooden worktop. Oak floor. Electric cooker and hob, Belfast sink fridge with small freezer compartment, wood-burning stove, one three-seater sofa, and one two-seater sofa, pouffe, television, video, and radio CD player. Dining room table and six chairs with radiator. French doors onto patio (see plan).

Bathroom - bath with over bath shower, hand basin, shaver point, mirror and WC.

Main bedroom 1 - 8ft by 13ft 5in (2.45m by 4.1m). Double bed with 2 side tables, clock radio and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 - 8ft 4in by 9ft 10in (2.52m by 3.00m). Two single beds, side table and chest of drawers.

Attic - Small attic area over the 2 bedrooms with ladder access (which will be folded away, parents are responsible for their children's use of the ladder), which can be used as a children's play area and has one sofa bed which can be used as a child's bed.

Electric cooker and hob, microwave, oil-fired central heating (except farmhouse cottage which has electric night storage central heating). Bed linen (towels provided). Wood burning stove. A selection of books and games. High chair cot and additional children's camp beds by arrangement. Off road car parking (one space per cottage) in car parking bays to the east of the farm yard.
